- A user (e.g. an application engineer) could open a WHD ticket to require a firewall change to be performed, in order to get access to an app.
- The ticket could be sent to Change Advisor and become a Request in FSM.
- The FSM FW engineer would review the request, model it into Change modeling session, test it.
- He would then approve it (the initial WHD ticket would be updated) and push the new config(s) into production.
- He could notify the ticket again that the change has effectivelly happened.
