Integration: Firewall Security Manager and Web Help Desk

  1. A user (e.g. an application engineer) could open a WHD ticket to require a firewall change to be performed, in order to get access to an app.
    1. The ticket could be sent to Change Advisor and become a Request in FSM.
    2. The FSM FW engineer would review the request, model it into Change modeling session, test it.
    3. He would then approve it (the initial WHD ticket would be updated) and push the new config(s) into production.
    4. He could notify the ticket again that the change has effectivelly happened.
